Buying at 10 is still a risk. The $15 it rose too was just an over-inflated price, it'll take awhile to go back up.

One thing for sure:
Q2 2017 result is when it counts. Thsts an entire quarter with brand new CPUs.
If that doesnt push them above water, watch that stock value drop waaaaaay down.
I dont think AMD can do much more than out this year if they are losing money every quarter.

I dont think that will happen. Q2 should be profit for the first time in many years. But IF they dont, watch AMD go on sale

Well the big potential cash cow will be Naples, not the Ryzen desktop CPUs.

I do not think they will turn a profit for another year. They have debts to pay...

True, Naples should def cash in from big customers.
But are there any numbers or any specific wether these type of chips sell more than desktop/consumer chips though?
I mean, from R3 up to R7 Ryzen chips, thats a lot of sales too.

Well yeah, if you consider that their dept is $1.4B , its gonna take a while to clear that out.
But I was talking about quarterly results of running the operation. That should be on the positive side in Q2 I think.
Q3 even better with R3 Ryzen CPUs plus Vega desktop and mobile GPUs

I guess everyone was expecting the margins to expand with the new products and AMD even guided lower... no one likes to hear that.
