Why does my PC use Nvidia nForce 10/100 Mbs Ethernet? Can I switch it out for another driver?

Thread Starter
Actually my PC(in my sig) seems to use many NVidia drivers. And on top of that, they are giving me high latency. Must be really old drivers.

This is a second hand PC. When I first got it, it had really smooth latency, couldn't feel it at all. Now my ndis.sys is killing my pc, turning videos and games into buzzsaws. Ndis.sys is a network adaptor? I can just disable it since I use Ethernet right?
