1- what are those ?
2- where it go ?
3- parallel+serial = wrong; chose one (in the correction is serial)
4- where it go ?
5- wrong : it's a by-pass, why a by-pass ? you WANT liquid to flow into the waterblock, not to get around

3 pump+res are useless
3 pump in parallel are really useless, where will all that flowrate go?! NOWHARE it doesn't have the pressure!

an all-parallel-watercooling loop is rally really useless : a little bit of clogging and a waterblock won't see any flow and temp skyrocket
don't trust people that say: "no, clogging can't happen and you must do everything to make it not happen and disassembly and clean everything as soon as it happen"
you know ? 90% of time it happen
and
if you have a SERIAL loop you don't care for the next 1 year because a serial loop FORCE water to pass in EVERY waterblock

if you want to spend money, time and earn reputation (at least from me, a nobody) go for a dual loop:
1 for the 2 GPU and 1 for the capu+ram+vrm

p.s. good and know soft tube don't leak plasticizer

1- Those are flow indicators.
2- I did not show the back of panel which has a radiator back there. Its going there.
4- Going to radiators below that I did not show.

Appreciate the feedback
