its probably an FE, or are you saying both Hexus and Kitguru's FE results are also fake?

It's not a fake bench. Guru3D also shows results nearly the same -- 59FPS from the 1080, infact.
http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?ct=articles&action=file&id=24652&admin=0a8fcaad6b03da6a6895d1ada2e171002a287bc1

There are likely certain parts of the benchmark that cause thermal throttling to occur on only certain models of the 1080. That's how clockspeeds tend to get determined these days, even with the AIB's. The best AIB coolers are achieving the highest clocks (as high as the clocks can get, at least, before limits other than temperature begin to rear-up.)

You should look at the graph more closely before declaring the Chiphell graph fake. Yes, a grain of salt should be taken, but not for your reason. 60FPS is the performance of a reference 1080, and it's being compared to a reference Vega. This is the proper way to compare, and the Chiphell graph is not flawed in any way.

^one problem though: look at the FPS for the Titan XP, then calculate how much faster it is than the 1080. It sure as hell ain't 90% faster as the fake bench claims. Yes it's the cut chip and not the full GP102 so let's generously add another 15% on top of that. Still nowhere even near 90% faster.

Also this:

If you zoom you will see that the vega logo is a low resolution.

27'' is the 16:9 equivalent of a 34-35'' 21:9 monitor. Size is not it. If anything, you'd have a problem with the aspect ratio.

are you serious my oc'ed 1080 palit with a 6700k at 4.7 average between 65-75 at 4k ultra
on topic, it won't be a surprise if amd paper launch the vega lineup in may and i hope that the full vega ( if there is a full ) will be at at 1080ti level or above if not i'll be realy disapointed cause amd doesn't need a price war again ( the 1060 outselled the 480 ) but it need the regain the performance crown thumb.gif

Tesla has a 12GB 540GB/s and 16GB 720 GB/s for the PCI-E version but there's no connector for a second card but it also only costs £6,699.99 & FREE Delivery in the UK.

You can put two GP100s with a NVLink attached for 2 x £7,723.23 & FREE Delivery in the UK. There's also only the 16GB / 720GB/s version and it comes with a video port ( the Tesla doesn't have it )

I'm cautiously optimistic and I realize that we all really need this card to be successful.

Ryzen is a great succes, the hype was real, and so is the product, absolutely trashed Intel. Has nothing to do with Vega tho. So i'm not sure why you'd bring that up.
