Even the Sweclockers post is just summarizing all the other rumors and tidbits we've already seen...

edit: including the guru3d debunked 3dmark numbers:

Notice that 1/((0.85/10158)+(0.15/8233)) = 9813.8, which is nowhere near the score shown in the image (9753). Also, notice that the Vega result that is in the database is consistent with the way the score is calculated (1/((0.85/5721)+(0.15/7699)) = 5950.3, which rounds to the score in the image (5950)).

LoL reminds me about glorious Fury 4k benchmarks before review guide leaked where AMD advised reviewers to drop AF to near zero to be faster than Nvidia wink.gif

If its $500 and actually performs like this rumors say, then whats the problem? You're going to have to pay at least $1000 for a GPU alone from the competition and you still might not even be able to play at 60FPS...

The idea that it's launching next week is the pretty far-fetched also. This is a major architecture change for AMD, no way are they just going to launch it on a random Tuesday. They'll have a launch event like they did for Hawaii, and Fiji, and Polaris. Invitations to that event will leak out like they always do, and the date won't be a surprise.

Probably at Computex.

In this graph the the titan xp is nearly 90% faster than the 1080? Surely that is not right

http://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/2892-nvidia-titan-xp-review-vs-1080-ti-benchmark/page-5
In the above review, the titan xp is 40% faster than the 1080. I wouldnt believe this chart at all. And 9th may is only 4 days away. We would have heard about an AMD press conference or something, there
would have been more leaks surely.
I'd be surprised if Vega matches 1080Ti in DX11 games. My guess is Vega will nip at the heels of 1080Ti in DX12/Vulcan, and DX11 1080Ti will pull away, getting performance between 1080 and 1080Ti.
