Temps allover with loop

Hey guys so i have my loop done for a few weeks now and i been seeing the temps allover with just being on the web and watching shows.
CPU is i7 6700k oc to 4.5 1.4v

My loop has
EK Supremacy Evo
EK cryofuel
Alphacool NexXxoS UT60
Alphacool Eisbecher D5 150mm pump set to 3

Looks like Core temp is recording....core temp lol
That asus software is most likely recording package temp.
Either way, both temps are fine. I'd go by core temps.

Do you really need 1.4v for a 6700k @ 4.5ghz?

Plenty of 6700k need 1.35v to reach 4.4ghz prime stable, I guess 1.4v is needed for a stable 4.5ghz overclock.

How big is your radiator? Also consider running your CPU at 1.3v @ 4.4GHz. Those auto upgrade motherboard programs usually over volt in order to ensure that the CPU will be stable and add more voltage than is necessary. Of course, if you do lower the voltage you will need to run some stress tests to make sure that your system is stable.
