I installed a 1080 today and now it wont let me access the internet through LAN. I can access through wireless, but still would prefer LAN.
When I rebooted my system, it went thru the "searching for new hardware" and since then it wont let me connect. The network for my lan connection was Network 2, but every time I try fixing it, it starts a new Network. It seems like the LAN is still working, but wont let me connect to the internet
Im on Network 5 now.
It also tells me that I need a Password to be able to connect. Kind of like how you need a password for a router, but I dont have one. It says ASUS, so it might have something to do with my motherboard. Not sure what password to use for that.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the intel LAN driver, but that doesn't work.
Im at a loss right now. Not sure if windows installed while searching for hardware.
If anyone has any Ideas, would be appreciated
