Just found out 3 of my systems was down and had to reset. Is it drivers or what? I have had my GTX-960 setting idle with no work packet, after restart she downloads a packet and begins to fold!?!?!? I have a team member give me another card to fold with and installed it today : GTX-970 EVGA card. The Dell OEM GTX-645 is now setting on the shelf. I can not thank the team enough with the support and help with folding. In the past 2 years I have received 3 cards to fold with : GTX-950 GTX-960 and now a GTX-970. This has helped me keep going for the team.

Thanks so much to 4thkor for the 2 cards GTX-950 and GTX-960 and kremtok for the newest addition GTX-970
Windows 10 has been doing some bizarre things with the drivers. Before the creators update, Win 10 Updates installed it's own graphics drivers, which tanked my PPD. The solution is to disable win 10 from installing it's own GPU drivers, use DDU to remove the currently installed drivers, and to reinstall your own drivers.
Or at least, that's what I did to get my systems back online.
Since I switched my dedicated folding rig to Linux, I've had no problems at all. Well, let me rephrase: After completing installation and setup, which was a giant pain in the ass, I've had no problems at all. You might want to consider a switch.

All seems to be holding good so far. Jumped big time in numbers to almost 500,000 ppd on the first day (454,784) vrs the average of 200,00+/- a day. I know I will have to take these 4rigs out soon and clean them real good. All they do is fold and my son uses 1 to search the internet for parts all day (Videos as well) but that is with the GTX-750 (Not a ti card). I have to get my old bones up and carry each one out and clean them real good. Not bad considering 3 rigs are C2D machines lol. The forth is my tinker toy Dell OptiPlex 790 with the upgrades i7-2600.
Thanks again @kremtok

One time a week I will check and reset/restart the rigs to be safe and check on them.

I have to check into it. I can not get out of my recliner sometimes and I have my Alienware right beside me. I know we had a walk through how to set it up back in Windows XP but never looked at it since then. My old butt can not think straight and move straight at times so I do what I can. Been tinkering on my scooter today trying to reach 65-70 mph (GPS) so I can be safe on these open roads around here lol.

Here we go again. Doing a GForce update this time. The GTX-960 gets 2-4 full folds then locks up with a red bar. No packets/Failed. This is not fun on my old body running from pc to pc to reset and check then. I do not know how to remote fix everything from the Alienware (My mind is just not into it right now {Meds}). Even then I would have to get up and manually reset/reboot that one pc. The GTX-960 was in the i7 system and then moved to the C2D system but it did the same thing on either system...
. Oh well I will just have to check it daily then. smh

So I have checked on all the rigs for a week and the numbers seems to stabilize for now. 2 of the rigs would get the failed units but I reset everything and left the screens on and no issues yet. I would turn the screens off manually (help with power bill) but those 2 seemed to lock up. Holding in for another week to make sure before I stop mother hen watching them.

I am about fed up. I just did a complete removal of F@H and drivers and still getting the missing DLL mess again. Can Nvidia and F@H get together on this so I do not have to run back and forth all day like I was a healthy teen? The GTX-960 will not run. I call bull. This last Windows 10 update did not help either.4 folding rigs and running back and forth getting them up and straight. I hit my highest numbers 2 times this week and now this. smh Really come on. I can not think straight enough now and meds are not helping.

Nothing to do with NV or FAH. You're allowing W10 to update your computer. Your options are to control it if you have Pro, update it each time Win10 screws it up on you if you don't have Pro, go to Win7/Linux where it won't auto update your drivers.
Uninstalled all the Gforce Exp and she seems to work. Just using Windows approved drivers. Not sure what was going on with that. Seems to work with my other cards fine. GTX-950-970 and the GTX-750 (not a ti version)
Going to watch it and see if this works.

The only thing I have left out is a Dell OEM GTX-645 card (backup card for wifes pc). The rest is in the farm. I had 3 donated, 2 from @4thkor and 1 from @kremtok. If I ever have to stop folding I will donate but for now no luck from my end.

Thanks for replying. I realized I posted this on the wrong thread, but no biggie (I hope.. **prays to the thread modz
