Hi, i Started my new pc today. Downloaded drivers and all is working. But the quality of image is the same.

Maybe i;m doing something wrong because the tv looks in Hd the same as the card. Any help will be appreciated.

Any advice on settings or downloads needed for better performing.
It sounds to me like you want a much better monitor. You might have the wrong impression of what to expect with a video card upgrade. If you want to improve your overall image quality, then you need a better monitor.

You are using the word quality, I'm assuming you are talking about the level of detail in the scene you are looking at, and your issue has nothing to do with framerates or the like.

Have you tried cranking all the graphics settings up on the games you are playing?
At the end of the day, two different computers, one weak, one powerful, displaying the same game, with the same settings, on the same monitor is going to look pretty much the same. The more powerful computer will be able to push more frames to the screen though, so looking around and running around in-game will be a smoother experience.

Otherwise it's what TwoCables said, you want a 4K screen or something like that
