Not sure if this is old news, but I check Newegg almost daily, and I had never seen this model, and in fact it doesn't even appear in the listing. I stumbled across it when I just did a direct search for '1080 Ti' in the search bar. For some reason it doesn't show up if you search by category.

Core Clock 1632 MHz (OC Mode)

1721 MHz (Gaming Mode)
1 x Dual-Link DVI-D (Thin) 3 x HDMI 3 x DisplayPort
3584 Stream Processors
PCI Express 3.0 x16
7 outputs is more than I've seen on any of the models, especially that many HDMI's and the OC seems pretty beefy too.

Little known fact, the Aorus cards have 2 BIOSes, they engage a different BIOS depending on which display port is being used so you actually have dual BIOS functionality.

Darn, FedEx Ground required signature. Need to drive to FedEx facility after work to pick it up by 6PM EDT. Will install in my loop tonight in the 5960x rig and hopefully will have some results tomorrow night.

BTW, Thank you for the info on your card coc_james

Yeah, no worries. I'll play with the voltage tonight and see how much further I can push it. I turned the power up to 150 and bumped the core 75 and the Vram 500. I set a pretty aggressive fan curve too, to keep the clock at peak. I'm pretty happy so far.

Witcher 3 showed a 30fps average increase over my 1080 FTW.

Will you post your stable frequencies in benchmarks + games ?
And temperatures of course.

2100MHz without efforts...That's great

Thanks.

PS : this card is still not available in France.

This is all I've really done, thus far. When I get more time I will do some more testing. I'm not very experienced in GPU overclocking, so I don't expect anything huge. When I get the second card in I'll test that one too and post it separately.

I'll be selling one of the cards, I thought I might want SLI, but I'm just not convinced it'll be worth it.

Just got the card and after some tense moments with a water spill, I finally got my 5960x rig running again.

Heavens to Mercatroy this GTX1080TI is a BEAST! FAST, Fast, fast.

I'm going to let it run stock at 1607 for a while to let it settle in, but what a beautiful card!

Starting playing around with this card and added the Gigabyte utility. Not bad. Seems like a cut-down version of MSI Afterburner.

The card is incredibly fast. I just played an hour of Dirt4 at Ultra setting on my 3440x1440p monitor and it was silky smooth. What a Beast of a card.

khaela: I would e-mail gigabyte tech support directly before trying any BIOS update. BTW, what type of water loop do you have your Aorus in?

As you can see by my signature, I have tons of rad space with 3 XSPC RX480 rads for my 5960x at 4.4 and a single GTX1080TI in the loop.

Hi. At the moment, in a ekwb kit p240 plus a p120 single radiator. With 28 c in the room in idle is gpu and cpu about 35 c. In stress test don't jump 55 c. The gtx come to 2075/6050 stables in the first trying. The cpu don't try oc, i take time to up... and waiting to fine bios. The memos (not Samsung) work fine for me at 3200 mhz.
