Yeah you can uninstall nvidia drivers and then install amd drivers as you want, you can also use DDU if you want

Well, at least now I can enable Enhanced Sync (uninstalled drivers with ddu, then installed 17.9.2)

So apparently my Powercolor Vega 56 shipped with 2 low power BIOSes instead of having a 150w low power and a 165w default BIOS. And someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but the unlocked/flashable BIOS is supposed to be in the switch position closer to the PCIe cables, right? Because that one was locked down for me, couldn't flash the 64 BIOS onto it at all. Luckily the other one was unlocked and flashed successfully, but it's pretty impressive that it happened at all.

Flashable bios switch position is closest to PCIe bracket and NOT closest to PCIe cables

BF1 was studdery.... no setting completely fixed it. Better with 1 GPU. The usage graph looked like a saw tooth, up and down. Terrible... mad.gif

Doom was very smooth, but i didn't check to see if the 2nd GPU was working and its' smooth as hell with 1.

Witcher 3 I'm trying to get up and running, but haven't gotten it going yet. having troubles downloading with GOG and launching.

Greater than water cooling performance with the stock blower.

Under windows 10, I don't see an "immediate" problem; as others have said there is always DDU, the 56 w/ 64 bios should be a winner at any rate. thumb.gif
