Need support for my order please

I placed an order for an SMA8 beginning of July. While I am awaiting it to be fulfilled I realised I might not have included all the brackets I needed for the radiators. I sent emails to cs@caselabs.net but aside from the standard autoresponder, I received no emails on any of the 6 mails I have sent thus far.

Can anyone please assist? I can give the order number if a CaseLabs employee can assist?

Hello,

I am not sure why your are not getting a response. All emails have been answered with the exception of what may have coming in late last night and this morning. We checked our SPAM filter too, and still don't see any missed emails. Please email our CSR Travis directly at Travis@caselabs.net and he will help you right away. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Thanks for getting back to me Kevin. I am sending it from an Apple iCloud email - @me.com, not sure if that is causing trouble - usually it does not. I have just sent an email directly to Travis.

I just had Travis check and he has not seen anything yet. He is on the look out for it though.
