So I posted previously on here when I thought it was my graphics card causing the issue. But I've just upgraded from the 1080 to the TI. So i'll try again.

It's beginning to happen more often now, but sometimes when I turn on my computer, all my games won't go above 20FPS, I'd think it was a hardware issue, however, when I reset the computer, it will to back up to 200+ FPS across all games.

My motherboard BIOS is the most recent, all my drivers are up to date. I'm absolutely stumped as to what it is.

The only thing I can think of is, it's the motherboard.

Its intermittent and frustrating.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you do a DDU of video drivers? I'm thinking driver issue. Do a Display Driver Uninstaller and instead of using the latest, use the ones before the latest. I believe they're the 382.53.

Can't be a power issue as that Super Nova 1K is plenty. How are the temps on the card?

Do you have accessory monitors hooked up?

I have ran into a similar situation with too many high res/high refresh monitors were hooked up. Ex: I have a 1080 Ti running an Acer X34, 3440x1440p 100hz monitor (main monitor). I then have 2x 1440p 100hz accessory monitors, one ran off a little gt710, and 1 ran off the 1080 ti. I also just got a killer deal on a 28" 4k monitor that I have above my reloading bench. I can only run that off my 1080 ti, but I find when I have it plugged in and then go to game on my X34, regardless of the 3D application, I get between 5-20 fps. When I unplug the 4k monitor, everything goes back to normal.
