If 2 cards are in SLI but don't scale good in some games , let's say an improvement of only 10-20 % , would the second card give 100% for setting the aliasing method to x8 max ?
Im interested if SLI works better on anti aliasing even if fps are only 10-20% improved .

No it wouldn't, the problem with SLI/Xfire scaling isn't exactly a game not loading both gpu, it's the game not being made to take advantage of and use the second GPU properly. Rendering on 2 GPU takes a little different approach than a single. SLI/Xfire are on the downwards trend because developers just don't usually support it and with DX12 it puts it more in developer hands than drivers.
