I don't know man, yes it is messy but I don't know what else I'd expect. You should have just sent it back in to SL and let them take care of it.

You can see the liquid metal is all pushed over to the left side, that's the direction the delid tool pushes the IHS.

Problem solved, SL has some fine customer service, in a world were that's virtually non existent it is nice to see. Thanks guys for your professionalism, I apologize for the wrong thread, and being overly critizing without giving SL a chance to address the issue. I was overreacting. Thanks again.
