I would have asked in the main thread. I almost missed this post.
Short answer: push it up a bit. Does it crash? Then you're at the limit.
Do you gain no performance? Check GPU-Z for perfcap reasons.
If you're getting power limit repeatedly, you need a TDP mod with a hardware programmer+1.8v adapter to go higher.
If you're getting VREL, you can try using a higher voltage point in MSI Afterburner (Control F, then find the point you want and press control L).
