Help!! Threadripper build is very unstable!

Seriously in need of help. Been pulling my hair out trying to make my build stable.

My setup:
AMD 1950x
Kracken x52 aio
128gb (8x16gb)15/15/15/35 gskill tridentz
Gigabyte Aorus 399x
EVGA 1080 ti hybrid
EVGA 850watt platinum psu

Ever since I setup my threadripper build, the computer has just seemed VERY slow and laggy, and just giving me all sorts of headaches. I decided to update my bios to the latest version, which seemed to help a little bit. I then thought, perhaps its because the memory is running at the default 2200mhz and not at its rated speed. So i set XMP in bios, which sets my ram exactly to its advertised speed (3200mhz 15-15-15-35) 1.35v, but after only doing XMP, my system was unable to post. I then thought, well maybe its because the CPU needs to be overclocked a bit in order to handle the higher speed ram, so I set the CPU to 3.7ghz at 1.3 vcore, and also lowered the memory to 3000mhz just to try to get a boot.

Now I was able to get a successful boot, and the system seemed a bit more stable, but overall still not as fast as I would like. Checking cpuz is showing something very shocking. Apparently my memory is currently running in DUAL CHANNEL MODE!! It also seems like my ram is running at 1600mhz clocking in at 15-15-15-16. Whats going on here, and how Can i set it to QUAD channel?

I've heard that having more memory can make your system less stable, is this true? If so, do I need to remove ram...?

Which program did you use to read your RAM speed?
CPUz is almost never able to show the correct speed of your RAM so if you used CPUz thats why its wrong

And why do you 128 GB of RAM to begin with?
Also you made a typo with your GPU if you did not notice.

If CPUz is showing 1600MHz, then your DRAM speed is 3200MHz. I am very impressed you were able to get 128GB of memory to 3200MHz, and you might want to tune some of the IMC voltages. I have no idea why you are running in dual channel mode, you might want to download a newer version of CPUz. For memory OCing you might want to find out what the SoC voltage is, or maybe GBT is increasing it to like 1.2v when you enable XMP.
