Hello , as the title says i m looking for an external enclsure my 512GB SM951 SSD , it is not the nvme version but the Ahci version , i switched my windows machine to 960 pro and this one is just lying around so i m thinking to use it as external , i searched alot of external enclosure but i m not sure if they work or not , and i m preferring to use the USB-c so i could easily hook this up between my widnows machine and my 2017 macbook pro , can someone put me in the right direction ?

Thankyou

the only m.2 ahci enclosure ever released afaik is this one ,but i don't know if you can still find it. It was released around the same time as the samsung xp941 which was ahci, so it should work with the ahci version of sm951 as long as usb can provide the power needed. Although if you read the comments, they are not very encouraging, but maybe they were trying the nvme version

All others enclosures are sata ones and i can't find any nvme ones either.
