New system trying to install windows 10 from a usb stick. It boots off the usb and just sits at windows start screen. I've tried different usb sticks, different ram, graphic cards and also tried using a Samsung 850 evo ssd.

I've tried turning off CSM.

Really stumped as to why I can't install windows 10.....

System specs
Ryzen Threadripper 1900X
ASRock Fatal1ty X399 Professional Gaming
Corsair 32GB (4x8GB) CMR32GX4M4A2666C16 DDR4 2666MHz Vengeance RGB
Samsung 960 evo 1tb
Corsair 1500ax

When you say it sits at the windows start screen what exactly do you mean? And which screen exactly?

Are you able to click numlock on/off on the keyboard? If not, then your system has crashed. If you can, i'd suggest burning the image to a DVD and using a USB drive. Could be a bad image.
