I am dazed and confused.

My TX10 finally came in!!!! Hooray! thumb.gif I got a TX10 with a pedestal. And here is where the dazed and confused part come in.
I started with the pedestal and it seemed to be going very well. Step 4 however says that the bottom cover can be transferred to the pedestal. When I tried that, it didn't work out. Was I supposed to put the bottom cover on instead of the bottom chassis section?

If this is the case then you should have put into Step 2..."You can put the bottom cover on instead" What is the correct sequence?
Thank you
Wes

Hi Wes,

Can you provide some pictures of what you're attempting to do? That would help clarify and then I can guide you from there smile.gif

Thanks!

Actually my son helped me figure it out. If a user is going to use the pedestal as a base for the TX10 then he/she needs to install (what CaseLabs calls the "Bottom Chassis Section") from the TX10, NOT from the Pedestal manual. T his distinction should be made known in Step 2, not Step 4.

Anyway, it's all good for now. I do have to re-tap a couple of the pemnuts.(that's what I've always called them) but that is no big deal. For the most part, this is a damned fine piece of craftsmanship, and you should be proud of it.

Thank you for reponding!
Peace
Wes
