Upgrade my system

Really depends on what you are or want to use your PC for
If its for gaming get a new GPU and maybe a new CPU cooler and keep everything else

If you are doing editing or other heavy work loads then you might want to consider a new motherboard CPU and RAM
Other upgrades could be a newer/better/bigger case or a bigger SSD if you have need for that.

Honestly, jump to a GTX 1060 6GB/RX 580 8GB, and get a total of 16GB's of ram and call it a day. Everything else looks pretty good still.

If you want better gaming performance, get a newer video card. Simple. It's a really bad time to be in the market for a mainstream video card since cryptocurrency has inflated pricing.

I would bother adding RAM. DDR3 prices aren't any better than a year or two ago and buying more memory which you won't carry over to your next system seems like a waste of money to me. If you perform tasks that would benefit from more RAM, that changes things a little. We don't know how much RAM you have installed so it's a tad hard to advise on that area of your system.

Depending on how much you're willing to spend, Coffee Lake is around the corner and an i5-8600K would not be a bad upgrade at all. Your Ivy Bridge processor is still a very capable gaming CPU. If you do more CPU-intensive tasks like streaming, then you'll definitely want to upgrade your CPU.

Without knowing what you want from an upgrade, it's hard to suggest which upgrade is the best use of your money.
