My old antec BSP 550w has lived through 4 builds and is not showing any signs of failure, however I do think it's time for me to replace it as I bought it back in 2011 and there has been a ton more better options out there.

My specs
Core i5 4670k oc @ 4.3ghz
Hyper 212 evo
Gigabyte Z97x SLI
12gb of ram g. skill ripjaws
128gb SSD
1TB HDD
4TB HDD
EVGA SSC GTX 1060 6gb
Corsair 100R silent case

Now I narrowed it down to three PSUs the first one: Seasonic focus plus 550w: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817151189

Corsair TXM 850w https://www.bestbuy.com/site/corsair-enthusiast-series-850w-atx12v-2-31-eps12v-2-92-modular-power-supply-black/5845210.p?skuId=5845210

or be quiet straight power 10 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA68V21E0645

Which one of those are best for my rig?

I second the Seasonic. 10 yr warranty, great review from JohnnyGuru, and 550w is more than sufficient for your build. Plus its the cheapest it looks like out of the 3 links you sent. Other PSU's are pretty good too but you can't go wrong with the Seasonic in my mind.

The Seasonic is the best option out of the 3 and you dont need an 850 or even a 600 watt PSU for a system that will draw less then 300 watts at full load.
