the gts 360 does review well, though it has one of the lowest flow rates, having 2 of these would bottleneck flow?

Published tests tell you what flow restriction the GTS 360 has,
Published tests tell you what flow restriction whatever block(s) you want to use has
Published tests will tell you how much heat the GTS 360 will remove at various flow rates.
Published tests will tell you how much heat whatever block(s) you use will remove at various flow rates.
Published Tests of whatever pump you want to use will tell you how much flow it will deliver at various restrictions.
You can also estimate the restriction of whatever tubing, connectors, res, etc will have.

Using information like the above you can choose whatever you want to use and know how it will perform for you before you part with your $$$.

I'm in the exact same position right now .. only I think I have to go with the EK PE. Here in Aus EK is an easy choice out of convenience and it does deliver quite good performance as far as radiators go.

You mentioned ordering in some of the Black Ice Nemesis GTS 360mm. If I could have found them anywhere I would go for that. Relative same performance to EK PE radiators at a realistic fan speed (lets face it water coolers like nice quite fans) But also water restriction in a water-cooling loop is so minimal between radiators you won't see any difference in temps in fact most people run their D5 pumps at 25% maximum speed and get perfect results. Worse case scenario you bump it up to say 35% so I wouldn't let flow worry you.

On a final note I personally would get the black ice nemesis on the principle of it being 8mm thinner. I'm about to buy 2x 360 EK PE radiators and I am not sure if it's going to fit having that 16mm space would make my life 10x easier so if you can find somewhere to order in I would split shipping with ya XD

I forgot to mention also that having 16mm thinner radiators means you will get a ton of a lot more case air flow which will improve system wide temps which is far more beneficial of a factor rather then considering flow impediments.
