I drew a line over the pins and it looks like its a bit further forward and not pushed down is how could we go about fixing that?

i already tried bending the pin up but didnt do much other than that because i didnt want to break anything.

What’s the normal overclock people can get on an X5660 seems we are only getting 3.8-3.9
post #27 of 31
Just depends. You should hit around 4 or 4.1

Ill have to give you my oc specs tomorrow after work. In the meantime keep it up

Look at the second page top comment with the x58 club thread. Loads of info there in the meantime

We are having troubles with the motherboard again. We moved it into a brand new case and set everything up. When we turned it on it would allow us to go to bios, acted like the keyboard doesn’t work. It goes into its booting program thing says there is no boot drives available and then once we press a key it throws x64 0000000000000003 exception.

Ya messed it up! Jk. Since it does boot that wouldn't be a cpu issue.

Any chance you can get a screen shot
