Hi. need to mod my Enthoo Luxe case on the top to enlarge a hole to make space for top mounting radiator. Never done this before. Will any pair of wire cutters work or...?

I reckon you'll make a mess of it with wire cutters -- picturing lots of warping and bending.. Get a dremel or something similar that you can get some small, thin cutting blades and make light work of it. Maybe you could get away with using a drill, but it might be a little tedious...

Use a drill for hole enlargements.

What hole? A screw hole? A drill.
A large opening, use special scissors for metal, such as if you want to enlarge a fan hole etc. Though dremel with steel cutting bit is probably way easier and cleaner.

What’s the final hole diameter? Step drills (uni-bit) make nice clean holes and don’t grab like regular drills.
