3360 BenQ Zowie EC-B series are announced! - Page 34

Yep can confirm. Plugging the mouse in with out holding any buttons produces no light on the bottom. But when holding down M4 and M1 to change to low LOD like the EC2-A, the dpi color will change to green, and then the standard colors will come back. So I'm pretty sure you should still be able to change lift off distances

Nice find. I tried the same, and it did change lights. It does feel like the LOD is lower now.

Probably a dumb question, but do you just repeat the procedure to return LOD to normal?

To go back to normal, you need to hold in m5 and m1 at the same time while plugging in. High is m4, m1, and m2.

Maybe I'll get the EC2-B when it gets on Amazon US.

Anyone knows when they will release the EC2-B in white? My hands are dry, and the latest Zowie coating is pretty bad. Feels like a bar of soap.
Don't hold your breathe bruh. They haven't released the cs go themed version or the Fk/Za 3360 update just yet. So the white gloss version will be at least a year or 2 behind bare minimum.

Everyone wants glossy 3360s wink.gif White or not.

Thanks. So there is a higher LOD than the default setting, interesting. I think the default is pretty good. It's higher than Logitech's LOD, which is slightly lower than I would prefer.

I wish they had a matte with anti-sweat coating. Not a fan of glossy finishing.

How much higher? Could you measure it with cd/dvd? Thanks.

Went and picked up an Ec2-B today. Ran for a little over an hour. Glide is much better with 4x4 feet. I certainly prefer it.

Edit:Possibly because i used a DA 3.5 G for 4 years. So 4x4 is better for me. I do like it more.
