A few specific questions if/when you have a second...

1. I realize that the Lian Li Bora fan hub supports 6 fans, how to control 7 fans? Does the hubs daisy chain together like what the Thermaltake hub does? I realize that additional hubs are provide with the additional fans, just wondering if they sync up together.

@heresy has the answer in the post right after yours. So it looks like you can sync 7 fans, and it looks like, using his method, sync any number of fans. Nice work!

2. Could you provide measurements for the inside dimensions of the radiator/Fan bracket. I assume the top and front bracket are the same, if not mostly concerned with the top bracket as I wish to have the radiator between the bracket and fans..

I am trying to determine if case will support twin 420 mil rads. From what I have read, your bitzpowers are twins of the HW Labs GTS series.

360 : 398,135,30
420: 452,153,30

Probably a long shot, just like the visuals of 140mm fans in the front and having the same radiator up top would make plumbing up the hardline easier.

OK, so I took some measurements and it doesn't look like the rad will fit. There is a small lip on the top that the fan bracket covers, so a rad will have to fit inside of this lip. the measurements are:

Length: 431mm
Width: 166mm

Also, there are other areas of potential interference, the front panel I/O cables, and ledge that sticks out a bit that is created by the motherboard tray.
Here are some pics of what I'm talking about.
Hope this helps.

I do have one question since my case hasnt arrived - I am going to mount a 240 AIO cooler at the front of the case over the existing 120mm x 3 fans. That cooler will have its own fans mounted inboard. For the time being, I am not doing a custom loop so wont need that space where a vertical pump/reservoir would normally go. Is there enough room for 2 fans mounted on the inboard portion of a 240 rad? I cant tell if that cable routing cover/mount that runs vertically is protruding in enough to interfere with additional fans.

It will depend on the overall thickness of your AIO with fans.
From Lian Li's website:

There is a total of 80mm to the vertical bracket.

There is only 70mm to the cutout in the PSU shroud.

Thanks Heresy in regards to the fans. The Lian Li solution appears to be much easier in regards to wires as compared to the corsair rgb LL spaghetti mess that I am considering.

Jsunn: Thank you so much for taking the time to take pictures and provide such valuable information.

So it is unlikely that the 420 rad will fit in the top, and from your prior post, it doesn’t appear that a 420 would fit in the front without causing problems for a 360 in the top. Darn it, was really hoping for 3 140’s in the front for aesthetic reasons.

Heresy, there is a video on YouTube, ggf I believe, who built in this case using twin 360s. Perhaps that video can provide insights as to what you are looking to do. GGF used 45 mil rads plus the stock fans adding up to 70 mil thickness mentioned by Jsunn.

I did see the pics and will verify once I get the case in. My AIO arrived and with the stock fans included on it is just at 52mm total. The Bora RGB fans on the case are 25 so I THINK it will fit. Looking at another pic the offset from the back wall to the first edge of the fan is close to the height of the vertical bracket off the back wall. i.e. even if the fans+rad+oem fans (push-pull setup) were beyond the 80mm to the vertical bracket, it looks like the inboard fans would just overlay them if that makes sense.

In any case Ill know more in a few days when the case arrives.

So I got confirmation from Lian Li, The fans are not capable of reporting RPM back to the motherboard.
The motherboard can control the speed via PWM, but there is not RPM sense wire on the plug to the motherboard.

I looked at a couple of diagrams on the 4 pin plug on the Bora fan hub only has a PWM wire, it does not have the RPM sense wire.
This is a bit of a bummer, I like to have the the RPM displayed in the AIDA 64 panel.

I was also wondering about whether additional fans would sync - so I did a quick test. I purchased an additional 3 fan kit and a single fan (all bora fans) and hooked them up to power. I had to play around a bit but actually got them to sync. I powered 1 kit (with the 3 fans on the hub they came with) and went through the setup/programming. I disconnected that one and then powered up the single fan which came with its own hub - went through the same procedure. I then hooked both up (3 fans on 1 controller and 1 fan on the other) and was able to turn on and control both sets with either remote. So the 7 fans shouldn't be an issue.

edit - holy cow! Didnt realize how long its been since I've been on here - just looked at my signature build and that was ages ago....lol

Sounds good on the fans!

Also totally agree on the age of thing, I stopped updating cause idk but now I wanna log stuff again...

I used foam board from a craft store and a hot glue gun and some superglue, I measured out the parts and cut them out with a razor blade. I used the dimensions for Bitspower's Leviathan 360 Slim Rads.
