They have in the past, but i think the consensus is that the black friday deals are not what they used to be. and considering 8700k's are still a rare commodity, i wouldn't be shocked to see black friday "deals" price the 8700k still above MSRP
but can't really do much more than speculate at this point..
I expect Black Friday deals on other parts, like drives, cases, power supplies, monitors, etc. I historically haven't seen many amazing deals on CPUs or video cards. Then again, I've never been active in finding them.
If you work in retail (CPUs on discount would be a smaller concern for you) there's Intel retail edge.
