[Twitter/Nvidia] a New Titan Xp , collector's edition is coming soon - Page 3

There’s only 5 possibilities due to the current Titan Xp already being a full fat card:

#1 - Same thing as Titan Xp but maybe some new RGB shroud
#2 - Same as #1 but maybe slightly faster memory and core clocks out of the box
#3 - Same as #1 but maybe slightly slower memory and core clocks out of the box for maybe a $1000 price point
#4 - Possibly a duel GPU TitanXp with most likely slower clocks on both chips
#5 - Titan X Volta

In general I don't blame AMD for this practices but this time Vega is underwhelming

It's a card with a unique blower design, along with rgb. It's all in that video if you slow it down. It'll be hilarious if it's the same specs and $1500 or more.

No way this is Volta. My guess is on binned chips + binned memory, higher clocks on both, higher TDP limit.

Maybe these are from Nvidia's bin of failed GP100 dies? HBM and double precision support?

No, that wouldn't make much sense for a gamer product...

I don't know what this thing is supposed to be, Nvidia never fails to make me laugh with their announcements though.

A consumerized GP100 with FP64 meme optionally available like the original Titan maybe? If true this puts AdoredTV's analysis spot on Nivida not showing their best til the every end. 3 Pascal Titan releases this generation lol.

Not buying it but how are people suckers? If you can afford it, don't see a problem with having the fastest card.

I guess in your eyes people on OCN with 7980XEs with dual Titan Xp rigs are suckers.

He means the suckers who buy the same product over and over essentially. There are people on this forum who went

T pascal -> to Titan XP and now possibly this. Some even added a 1080ti in the middle of all that lol. That's what he's referring to I believe.
