What would you think is wise

Hi I have my 8700k running at 4.9GHz @1.3V using LLC 6 and no AVX offset.
If can do around 1.34-1.35 5GHz with the ability to use lower LLC e.g 4, do you think it is a good choice and I should to do it?
My board is Maximus X Hero and I've heard it goes hard on overshooting but I'm not stable w/o LLC=6.
Temps are relatively high from 60-80C with 4.9 and that profile atm

Thanks in advance

You'll want to use whichever setting offers the least variance in voltage. Whether that's 4, 5, or 6 I can't be sure. Software monitoring isn't the most accurate way to check voltages, but it should still let you know which setting to choose. If your choose a LLC that's too aggressive, you risk killing your processor by giving it too much voltage while it's under load. I would back down the overclock and use lower, safer voltages to observe the behavior of those LLC profiles and then adjust your overclock based on that information.
