Bleeding question

I have a bitspower Z-multi 250 reservoir, placed vertically.

My water flows into the top, and then out of the bottom.

The problem is when I try to bleed it on a high speed, the bubbles come into the reservoir so fast that they get sucked through the bottom again into the pump.

Its not all the bubbles, and I can control it a bit by slowing the pump when I see the bubbles coming, but its a bit annoying.

Is there a way to block the bubbles from getting though?

Where are you filling from?

Maybe Loosen the top ftting on the res to the cpu while filling it should displace the air

Just use the highest pump setting that does not suck air bubbles down the outlet. Any type of filters have the chance of degrading in your loop and contaminating it.

I fill from the reservoir, but I think you've missed the point.
Am trying to stop air in the system from getting sucked back in to the pump once its gone into the reservoir, which happens when the pump is on high speed.

But yes, I do open the top of reservoir to equalise the air pressure in there from time to time,

That doesn't really work, I have to crank it up to 4 or 5 to force out some of the bubbles.
I suppose I can just stick to turning the speed down once I see them coming.

What about holding the case at an angle, the bubbles will always go straight up so you be catching them before they get sucked back round

Don't bother wasting too much time bleeding out the bubbles. A couple days of use and the bubbles will all work their way out naturally anyways.

Thanks, its my first time doing hardline, I've been wanting to do it for a couple of years but the effort and expense and time always held me back.

Its PETG 16-12mm, from Mizucool. They sell all the Barrow stuff on ebay in the uk.

That's not a great pic, it looks better in real life.
I can play around with my led rgb lights and my ram lights as well and come up with some cool colours.

I have all silver fittings, and silver carbon wrap around the motherboard panel that I built for it.

Wanted to use Primochill Vue silver, but might go with something else now, just got distilled water in at the moment.

Have to sort out my cabling also, gray or silver should do, might do them myself but I don't have the tools for it right now.

Yes, that's a pretty good idea, the case weighs a tonne though, and I would have to put it on its side.
There's no room on my desk to do that, and I can't be bothered to mess about taking all the cables out and so on.

I will just stick to my fast/slow technique.

Even if I left it on fast, as only a small percentage get back through I'm still bleeding the system so it will eventually be fully bled.
I just don't like the sound of bubbles in the pump, its a bit like finger nails on a blackboard to me, lol.
