cant find it again for some reason.

basically another option further down in the settings that allows bluetooth to be turned on/off by apps. If you went to app permissions and disabled bluetooth access for each app then that might help..

Well I don't care one bit about this sort of thing. I already assume that any phone tracks your location regardless of location services. Its just the nature of the beast.

this is on Apple btw.

Well to be fair, targeted ads can be easily hit you.
You visite a certain site, you searched something in google, you lingered 2 more seconds on a post of someone regarding something, and facebook etc know what you ware interested in, and hit you with those ads.

While it could be they are still tracking you via apps you don't know are using your mic, or some found a workaround apple's permission, or apple aren't really shutting something off, targeting ads is relatively easy now that every site is reporting to facebook or google what you were looking on their site.

Indeed, the last mobile phones that were somewhat immune were the early 90s one, even the late 90s Nokias are already too new and can be tracked and what not. I don't think the older phones work anymore as infrastructure changed. Anything can be triangulated sure but the oldest mobile phones didn't "ping" their position out constantly or something like that.

These newer tracking mechanisms are from software companies, using what ever they can to get your location constantly to feed you advertisements and track not just your virtual space movement but also real world movement. Data/information = money, so they collect it and sell it and will do so until regulations stomp on them as users will never widely unite and take a stand by themselves as individuals unless there are some very bad effects of using something.

So, why should I be worried about google tracking me ?! THey going to send someone to assassinate me ?

I personally don't have any concerns about these privacy thing that people keep talking about. Unless something directly effect me, I would not be worried about it.

Also, funny that some windows 10 haters say same thing about win 10. But is impossible to know your exact location without GPS, and laptop/dekstop don't have that

1. Blowing things out of proportion and make a mockery of the discussion? Check.

2. At least you're being forthcoming that you're following ipsis verbis that saying "First they came for A, but I wasn't A, etc".

3. The only funny thing is that you're conflating things and hoping that nobody notices. Windows 10 has a lot of privacy problems but this one isn't among them. Maybe Windows 10 Mobile has it, but there is no information on that as of now.

Google Services Framework =/= AOSP Android.

If you don't want all the Google malware, get rid of it, it's not that hard. Also, you don't have to be a genius to know that Google is collecting everything they can get their grubby mits on.

elaborate pls
