R7 1700 oc help

Thread Starter
Ive gotten a few blue screens ect and I believe its from my OC and memory oc.

I had it @ 3.9ghz and memory @ 2933mhz , all my parts are listed below

here is what my event viewer says.

Performance power management features on processor 11 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.
Performance power management features on processor 10 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.
Performance power management features on processor 9 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.
Performance power management features on processor 8 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.
Performance power management features on processor 7 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.

says that for 1-18.

I just recently updated my Firmware othernight and have not tried overclocking anything yet. I want it to be 100% stable so if anyone has any videos or tutorials with 1700 + and a Asus B350 board let me know. I notice a decent difference in perf. when Im gaming.

That event warning is about CnQ not working for your 3.9Ghz clock. change it to 3.875/3.925/3.950 and CnQ should work.

And the blue screens is usually about memory or IMC. Either increase SoC voltage and/or the memory voltage and timings and speeds to something stable.
If cpu doesn't have enough voltage you usually only get black screens I've noted under loads.
