I am looking in this direction -
Case: Define S window
cpu: 8700K delid
gpu: evga sc acx 3.0 gtx 1080
mobo: asrock z370 fatality k6
psu: seasonic prime ultra 750w gold
Blocks: ek nickel acetal, stock evga backplate
Rads: front hwlabs 360 gts, top hwlabs 360 gts
Coolant: mayhems clear x1
Fans: noctua nf-f12 pwm chromax, stock fractal gp140
ek fittings, reservoir/pump, mayhems ultra clear 13/10 tubing
misc: pvc mesh top dust cover, bitfenix sleeved cables, nzxt hue
The goal is a silent build, fans @ 1000rpm or less during normal load operation. The cpu will be overclocked but nothing extreme. Am I on the right track with the rads / fans? I have read over the xtremerigs rad article more than once. From my overall research it seems that maybe only a good single 360 rad would be needed. But I figured why not use the rad space that is available. The Define S case is a water cooled builders friend, hence one of the reasons I chose it. Plus I like the looks. My current rig is in a Define C.
*EDIT: final build specs added
