The rest of the "main" components have arrived today. I'm still waiting on a TON of stuff from Amazon (where's the rants page again? rolleyes.gif). But I have enough here, that I can at least start throwing it together and getting the overclocks started. Stay tuned for day 1 assembly.

The board and CPU got there safely? Fantastic.

Also nice job cramming all the components in that HP case, I know they're pretty tough to work in. thumb.gif

1/4/2018 UPDATE:

Received the rest of the main components today. At least there's enough here, that I can install it and play around with overclocks before the final OS install. So without further adeu, here's pictures of the first day of my new rig.....

All the parts that I've collected, in their respectable containers:

Opened up the new case:

Bitfenix White LED's (12 and 30cm were used):

Some fire hazard 3m blue LED's off ebay that I had laying around:

Position of the only 12cm strip I have:

Front 30cm white LED strip:

Top 30cm white LED strip:

All lit up white:

Motherboard and CPU unboxing:

Little surprise I had in store with the fire hazard blue LED's:

Motherboard test mounted:

Just the blue LED on in this picture:

Fully assembled, ready to plug in (NOT finished yet, just enough to run it):

New rig installing Windows 10:

1/13/2018 UPDATE:

Today the rest of the parts finally arrived! Pictured is the rest of the GPU's I ordered (just have to show those off), and I'll be building up the mining rig later next week. So far, Crossfire (when it works) scales really REALLY well for me with these RX 580's. And honestly, when it doesn't work, a single RX 580 is enough for me at 4960x1600 on most of my games, and if its not it runs fantastic at 2560x1600. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my new gaming rig, and I want to say thank you so much to everyone that helped.

Pictures!!!!!

Packages that finally arrived from Amazon today:

Everything I'll be needing to build today:

These white fans have got to go. Too much white already.

Corsair SP120 Blue LED's fans installed in front and push / pull on the radiator.

PWM car LED controller (to control the brightness of the white LED's, remote was included):

Test fit of the new tubing covers for the CLC / AIO:

Decided to use some of that loom as well for the fan and LED strip wires:

Finished wrapping the cooler tubes, ready to start mounting things:

GPU's installed:

Just the blue LED's on (white is turned off via the PWM controller):

White dimmed just enough so you can see all the blue LED's:

White all the way turned up:

Only thing not pictured and its because I'm lazy, I zip tied the CoolerMaster fans behind the GPU's with black zip ties, pointing at them to the rear of the case to increase airflow around them. They were getting a little toasty.

That looks incredible.

Clean cabling, nice LED accents, and that remote controlled car LED unit is slick. Really nicely done. thumb.gif

Special thanks to @DesertRat today! He came over and helped me setup PLP Eyefinity with Crossfire! Keep in mind, I'm still using my 20" in Portrait, 30" in Landscape and other 20" in Portrait for 5208 x 1600 (with bezel correction). I've never ever seen this work. Crossfire RX 580's definitely handles it really well.
