^This. SteelSeries had some decent recent releases in the Sensei 310 and Rival 310. The Rival 310 would've been my main with its nice silicone sides and low weight at around 89g, but the gap between the M1/M2 buttons and the shell made for a loose buttons that shifted laterally from side to side. It can be annoying at times but if you're a "hold RMB to aim" kinda player or you play a game that requires you to hold down the LMB (like the Support class in BF1), you may get annoyed with the shifty main buttons. I'm concerned at $80+ for a wired mouse about this happening too because the design for the M1/M2 buttons is very similar
The only way I could ever see myself using this thing would be using it without the sides. But I bet buyers remorse would set in after 10 minutes or so.

Wait.... I don't understand the LoD thing.
In RJN's video review, he can't seem to achieve more than one DVD's worth of height, even on the highest setting? This must be a joke?
I mean, why include an adjustable LoD system that can't even track higher than one DVD?
He talked about changing surfaces whilst messing with the LoD in settings. Did he end up being able to get higher LoD this way? (I didn't understand that part)
I'm one of those people that yearn for higher LoD. So this mouse is potentially a God-sent for me!
(the LoD on the Sensei 310 is too low for me; just to give you an idea)
Has anyone done proper click latency tests with this mouse yet?

Just ordered mine with express shipping. Can't wait to try it. Unfortunately my EC2-B somehow spun out 3 times in one warmup DM on CS and started double clicking. Guess I should have waited to put my paracord in my EC2-B. Oh well. Super excited though!

What's this mouse doing that the sensei/rival 310 already aren't doing? Both two mice which I liked but found uncomfortable to an extent with all the random sharp/not rounded edges

Detachable cord so the jack breaks faster. Detachable side panels so there is more possible rattle/wiggle over time. Sniper button. According to RJN it doesn't save DPI and has bugged LOD settings.
