increase you fan rpm's

is there a way to increase your fan rpm's?
i understand that by increasing the voltage the speed will increase, but how can i do that.

i am using a zalman heatsink and it has a fan controller on it. it is turned up all the wat but only running at 2300 rpm. make it go faster for me guys!

try using a program called speedfan to change fanspeeds and monitor temps

motherboard monitor 5 i think can adjust fan speeds9(please correct if i am wrong)
