A suggestion. I would'nt turn the rear fan around. Leave it to exhaust. if you can move it higher in your case do that, but leave it exhaust. If you turn it around, you'll interfere with the air flow. You'll have one fan blowing in from the front, 1 from the side, and 1 from the rear. This creates a big disurbance in the air flow and could actually be worse.
