Found loop hole in multi OS with multi HDD's

May already be know or even posted here on oc.net but currently have 2 OS's on 2 hard drives {1 raid-0 (win xp) and on 1 regular sata (linux)} duel boot option is not avlaible during post/boot up but what i decided to do is to just change the boot priority in the bios between hard drives to select which os to boot from come xp and vista.

Now that i figured this out here i come vista, so that i can have xp fully intact on 1 raid-0 drive and vista intact on a second raid-0 drive. The plus i see is not sharing any files, MBR, and drive space on a duel boot 2 partition hard drive(s). Only con i see as well is just a small bit of wasted time in rebooting and selecting different os to boot from in true duel boot fassion to selecting different HDD to boot from.

Instead of hitting Del and going into BIOS and blah blah blah...

Just hit F8 or whatever boot menu is and you can select the HDD.

Just a update on my adventure on 2 raid-0 and 2 OS xp and vista now

Using the EZ-backup for xp home (2 x 80gb identical sata1.5 drives) , and the ICH7R controler for vista ultimate (1 120gb and 1 160gb) both are pata drives with sata adapters on them.

The down side for this paticular setup is i HAVE to go into the bios to adjust which controler to use thus for which os i will use. Once im am in either os i can only see 1 raid arrary the other arrary just shows 2 independent drives since the controler is not set for raid/disabled.
