The Thermaltake Armor is great for watercooling.
Same with a few of the Lian Li's, The Monster UFO, etc.
Agreed with the Armor. The TT Kandalf, CM Stacker 830 and the TT Mozart TX are all good as well.

Thermaltake is cavernous. You can hold enough pumps and radiartors and tubing and flow regulators and phaseconverters to cool 2x nb, sb, cpu, gpu in sli, hdd and what ever else you need cooled

I would say either the Antec 900 or Gigabyte Aurora. Before I get flamed, let me explain.

Both of these cases have 2 120mm fans right next to each other at stock. This can mean an internally-mounted Radiator, which means all internal WC, which is a good thing. If you don't mind modding your case, any full tower with a Radgrillz installed would be fine to still install all internally. If you don't mind an external radiator, then just about any case with a 120mm fan mount will work fine.

-edit: afterthought-

The Mozart TX also has plenty of room for internal watercooling.
