So lowering/Adding 0.0000v would be setting it manually?
How do i get it to the exact value i want? :/

What speed are you at now? Below 3.0Ghz you can probably get away with 1.25v or lower. I'm not familiar with that MSI board, maybe you have to set the whole value "1.25000" or give the value of how far below stock it should be "-0.07500". I suggest you take a peek in the manual.

I'm at stock settings and my manual doesn't say jack just says you can change it lol. You can set like "-0.07500" or like "+0.03000" or what not by pressing the - and + buttons.
So I'm assuming "0.0000v" is 1.3v and you just add and minus from that correct?

btw; I think i'm going to try AS5 because at high temps I felt the cpu heat sink and I dont think it was transferring well at all.

The standard vcore is 1.325v, so -0.0750v would bring you at 1.25v.
