The problem with WC, is you still need fans for the rad.

My best advice is to clear all the cooling equipment out of your case and start over. Make sure all of your cooling (VGA, CPU, Case, etc.) is below 20 dba. The problem with that is you will get much less CFM per fan, so you are going to need MORE fans. Also, make sure your PSU is decently quiet.

The loudest things in my case are the HDDs and my CPU cooler - case fans, etc are basically inaudible.

The problem with silence is you pay for it with decreased cooling.

Those 8800s are likely causing a lot of sound...

Get Thermaltake Thunderblades. Dead silent and great airflow, too.

http://www.performance-pcs.com/catal...oducts_id=1906

79 CFM @ 21dB, guaranteed higher airflow and less noise than your last fans were, unless you had Deltas, lol.

Also, check out my quiet PC FAQ: http://www.overclock.net/faqs/111016...ml#post1175241

Those 8800's and probably your stock cpu cooling.
My hd's don't make alot of noise, but maybe they vin«brate more in other cases.
I sugest dampening your pc with some stuff.
I made mine soundproof with filter that you use on chimneys.
I also made some fan filters with that.
If you wanna see my dust filter search for a thread called: Guetto Dust Filter!

The amount of noise also relies heavily on the case.\\/\\/\\/ mine is really loud due to things vibrating against each other and the thickness of panels, but then thermaltake is also known as thermalcrap....

antec p180's(p182,SE etc.) are s'posed to be really quiet.

Your loudest componet has got to be your 120mm Rad fans. I just ordered 2 SilentX 120mm, 90 CFM, 1400RPM and 18db from newegg. I'll let you know how they turn out, I expected some great results!
