no, thats how long it takes the monitor to change the image (lower is better)

but it looks good, it'll still change the image 5-6 times per SECOND

high response time is a bad thing...think about it...lol.

Also, Dell makes the best monitors for the price..so look at either a 2007WFP or a 2407WFP if you can afford it....

I find 22" is not my bag cause it's just a stretched out 20" with bigger pixels....

Contrast Ratio: 3000:1

I can't remember if higher is better or lower (mine is like 700:1)

Looks great though !

The higher the contrast ratio of the screen, the better the color representation is by the monitor

(google is my friend)

Yeah that looks like a good deal to me !

Yeah the samsung is an excellent monitor. Get that and you will be satisfied for a very very long time.
