CPU-Z reading processor funny

But then it will sometimes fluctuate to this:

I think its just going between reading one core and then both cores but I'm not sure. Is this normal though?

It just happens sometimes. Just a little fluctuation. Nothing to do with the system, just the readings being off.

Oh I think I disabled that, already. Actually, I should check because I had to Cmos my mobo last weekend.

My CPU-Z fluxed like that as well. Not sure if it's still doing it, though.

It happens to my Dad's pc too. The BIOS says a speed, MY PC says another one and CPU-Z says a different one, got me nuts.
