CMOS clear for memory and CPU overclocks.

Restore to default on whatever app you are using for video card overclocking.

ALT+F4 to restore hard drive overclocking.

Unplug the power cord from your Power Supply, then look on your motherboard for a battery about the size of a nickel. Take that battery out for about 20 seconds, then put it back in. You'll need to reset your date and time, too.

When you clear you CMOS, you are resetting the motherboard's date and time as well. I think he meant you have to set your date and time after.

I did this and my computer still starts up weird. Whenever I connect the power and flip the switch on the back of the Power Supply the computer starts up and the fan starts spinning really fast. I have tried to clear the CMOS by changing the jumper and by taking out the battery. I have no idea why my computer wont boot now.

The easiest way to reset the CMOS or BIOS is to remove the small battery on the motherboard and put it back in right after. That will reset the board.
