I had the exact oppisite effect from the Dual Core Optimizer, it really helped my system.

This might sound like an odd thing to do but up your htt. im guessing its set at 3x?up it to 4 as long as it doesnt sit more than 50Mhz above its standard clock.loosen ram timings maybe?and try a very small vcore bump on the cpu see if that makes it anymore stable. my machine wont boot if the htt is set too low

I have found I have only need the dual core patch on XP HOME...as it doesnt always work right with dual cores...

XPpro natively supports them and I havent ever had issues with dual cores...

Have you tried setting your RAM command rate to 2T? I saw you had it at 1T, but mine is at 2T stock. I would say try that, and try getting your HTT as close to 1000 as possible, like allan posted.

Also, try your CPU Voltage at like 1.35V I run mine at 1.3875V on stock cooling and stay under 50C. 1.28 is pretty dang low, even if it is a Brisbane.
