P.S. PEPSI FTW.
Not what I'm talkin about. Coca-Cola spelled out on a pespi can in a derogatory manner.

They freaking had an image of who knows what and it simply said EVGA on a long string of saliva... Unless they are saying XFX is "eating" Evga which is a pretty stupid thing to say but it's true.. XFX = same as evga but double lifetime warranty.

Besides saying someone is drinking coke to get back at someone that likes pepsi is basically saying coke sucks and only losers drink it... Losers that want revenge on the cool pepsi people O.o

EVGA = FTL. Some people just cant take a little bit of humorous competition.
Ok, who put EVGA on to the picture?
I bet it is the guy who designed the picture,
i think he was making a joke or someone like that
but no one checked or noticed the"evga" was in the picture,
and xfx just printed the boxes.
i think evga should not sue xfx, xfx was helping evga to advertise.

Don't mean to start a flame war, but the article is clear.

5 to 250,000 Euro, just cause there is a period there doesn't mean it specifies a decimal. Besides the lawyer wouldn't take an injunction case when the payout is 340 bucks. They may be sharks but they aren't that desperately hungry. A third of that is only...113$...

Still wanna see an image battle.

I'm not lawyer but it may be 340 per box. It may be 340,000 but it doesn't matter really? Still EVGA is probably going to win although I don't see what XFX really did wrong.

Meh, they're fighting again. This eVGA-XFX rivalry seems like it is going to get vicious.

Europeans use periods like commas in numbers (European 1.000 equals North American 1,000).

Still, *** mate? That seems like a pointless thing to do.
