ddrmaster18 you will be very happy with that ram i have the same stuff i have had it clocked at 800mhz 4-4-4-12. (little late to comment)

800Mhz is the speed the RAM Runs at. Its actully 400MHz but its DDR2 (Double Rate) so its actully 400x2 - 800MHz.

The 4-4-4-12 is the "Timings" - Basicly the lower the timings they faster the RAM Runs.........
