Ever loose the key to your case? *Funny Story*

Thread Starter
Some of you might know me from: this thread

I am setting up a new C2D pc. Anyway, my new mobo/cpu are due to arrive tommorow and I was getting my current pc ready to be moved over to the new case.

Well I managed to misplace the keys that unlock my Thermaltake Tsunami Case LOL

I went to pickup my new Antec P182 today and was hoping the store clerk would sell me a spare key from one of their Tsunami models...but even after I offered 30$ they refused. So I came up with the greatest plan (well not really):

I just purchased 2 cases:
1 - Antec P182
2 - Thermaltake Tsunami (~$160 still lol)

Anyway, I didnt even take the Tsunami home...told them ill be back for it in an hour...i just took one key...went home...unlocked my case....returned to the store and asked for a refund lol. BIGGEST WASTE OF MY TIME but now i can get my drives out of the pc

And it cost me $0

You could tell the manager was sorta pissed off that i kinda tricked them but whatever

Lol, the lock, itself, somehow fell off the side window of my cheap ass ThermalTake Armor.

Now I don't even need to worry about that ahah.

I think you can pick the locks on cases w/ 2 paper clips. Not exactly the most sophisticated locks.
This is why I never use the lock. I guess you could always use a bump key to crack just about any lock (Key with little triangles at equal distances, you just hammer it in and twist ... I learned this from youtube )
