ASUS A8N32 SLI Deluxe

Thread Starter
Hey guys, just got a new psu after my crap ultra died and i'm formatting to XP...

when booting, if I ahve my keyboard in mouse in my USB ports.. when the screen starts to fade in that has XP loading bar and that, it gets a BSOD saying that there was a problem with ACPI.

if I disable ACPI I can't boot, I called Asus and they said that disabling 1394 and USB will fix it while I install XP, then after I can go back and be normal, but i can't....

what should I do? any opinions i'm stumped and tried tons of crap!

i would RMA on it as Asus is usually good about RMAing... if it isnt loading to the screen re-install windows/try a new HD
